SK Management Company, LLC has specialized in managing affordable housing since 1970. We were founding members of the first Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA), in the nation, and later formed the National Advisory Counsel of HUD Managing Agents, which later became NAHMA, the National Affordable Housing Management Association. We have been nationally recognized as being in the forefront of affordable housing, and also recognized for our community involvement, including founding Rap & Chat, a youth summit conference, and for our many scholarships bestowed upon deserving students at our properties.
We manage all types of affordable housing: HUD Section 8 and non-Section 8; Profit and non-profit; Elderly or family; Tax credit; CalHFA; CRA. We manage for all types of ownership entities, and manage in all types of neighborhoods.
